Summary
Coleccio is a sticker album companion app for iOS. We collect as little as possible. We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number to use the app.
What we store
- Anonymous account. When you first open Coleccio, Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous user ID (a random string). It does not contain any personal information.
- Album progress. Which stickers you have marked as owned, which you have as duplicates, your settings, and the album you are viewing. This is stored on your device and mirrored to Firebase Firestore under your anonymous ID so it can sync across devices and survive a reinstall when the device account is restored.
- Trade codes. When you generate a trade QR, a short trade document is uploaded to Firestore so the other side can read it. It contains your duplicates and wants for that moment in time. It does not contain personal information.
- Diagnostics. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics may collect aggregate, non-identifying usage and crash data (device model, OS version, app version, country, anonymized event counters) to help us fix bugs and prioritize features.
What we do not collect
- No name, email, phone number, address, or contacts.
- No photo library, camera roll, microphone, or location data.
- No advertising identifiers. No third-party ad networks.
- No purchase or payment information — the app currently has no in-app purchases.
Permissions the app may ask for
- Camera — only when you tap the QR scanner to read another collector's trade code. Frames are processed on device and discarded.
- Notifications — only if you opt in. Used for occasional reminders related to your album.
Where data is stored
Account, sync and trade data are stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Storage). These services are operated by Google and may store data on servers outside your country. See Firebase's privacy documentation for details.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We share data only with the service providers required to operate the app (Google Firebase), or when required by law.
Your choices
- Reset progress from Settings to clear all owned/duplicate stickers for the current album.
- Delete your account and data: email info@hypecent.com from the device you use Coleccio on and include the anonymous user ID shown via Settings → Give feedback. We will delete the associated Firestore data within 30 days.
- Uninstall the app to stop all data collection from your device.
Children
Coleccio is suitable for all ages, but the anonymous account model means we cannot meaningfully verify a user's age. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data we should not have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or on this page. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the most recent revision.
