By installing or using Coleccio (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Coleccio is an independent companion app for tracking and trading physical sticker albums. Coleccio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any sports organization, tournament organizer, sticker manufacturer, league, or licensed brand. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Coleccio creates an anonymous account on first launch so your progress can sync. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your device and account. If you share trade codes with other people, you do so at your own discretion.
Trade codes generated by the App describe stickers you say you own as duplicates and stickers you want. Coleccio facilitates this exchange of information; it does not handle, escrow, ship, or guarantee any physical trade. Any agreement to swap stickers with another collector is between you and them.
The App, its design, code, and original content are owned by the publisher (Hypecent) and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
Sticker numbers, team names, and similar references are used solely to let collectors organize their own physical albums. We do not claim rights to those marks.
We may release updates, add or remove features, or change behavior. We may also pause or discontinue parts of the service (for example trade syncing) without notice. We aim to give reasonable warning when we can.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate (for example, sticker numbering may differ between regional editions).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hypecent and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it in the prior 12 months, which for a free app is zero.
You may stop using Coleccio at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
We may revise these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
